I'm just lifting freeweights for the most part. You know, like a boss. Well, a slightly sick and weak boss. But still pretty boss. I'm not doing a program, but I probably should be. I just go in, decide what muscles I'm working and go from there.

I don't have a home scale. My gym has the traditional weighted non-electric scale and a digital scale. The drs office's around here all have the same electric scale my gym does. So should I be going with the lower weight then? Guarenteed there was no food in my and I definetly wasn't properly hydrated.

I love doing meals in shake form like that. Sometimes it feels just more decidant. Especially with cocoa powder added : ) I can never get the oatmeal ground up enough for my liking. Really don't like textured shakes. Thanks for sharing!

It's definetly not cold, other than feeling like my back is bruised and my stomachs dead I feel okay from there today. As for an allergy, that's not unreasonable, but I can't possibly think of anything I ate in the last 48ish hours that would do that.

Protine bars tend to have a lot of extra fillers that a protine shake wont. However I'm slightly addcited to the Go2Go protine bars that are made here in utah. Idk i there anywhere else but those are wicked tasty.
