i'm about 6'2" and currently at 206 pounds which i feel is a good weight for a "man" of my size... i'm just not satisfied with my bf% at this weight so i'm continuing to drop weight and will concentrate on adding muscle mass in a few more weeks when i up my calories...

i use 1 packet of Stevia and a healthy dose of cinnamon... not sure what your goal is here, but if you're trying to lose fat, i'd minimize the added sugar to the oatmeal... make it with milk too vs water...
