  • I love it. It's easy to wear and fun to compete with friends. You're never going to find a device that will be 100% accurate. Sweat for an hour each day, drink tons of water, eat protein and veggies...you'll do it!
  • Chewing gum has been linked to better concentration. I'm a teacher and do see that it helps some students maintain focus.
  • I can appreciate your frustration! This losing weight business can be overwhelming. Don't think too far down the road, one day at a time and each day starts fresh. Yesterday doesn't matter. I actually like the "You will weigh _ in 5 weeks" Here's hoping!
