I have the Fitbit flex...the first year it was amazing! It motivated me and I kept it on 24/7 sleeping, showering, swimming etc. NOW however everytime I wear it on my right wrist I get a nasty rash....like my wrist literally puffs up!! I looked into it online and I'm not the only one it happened to! I thought at first it…

Im vegan :) Id suggest some healthy fats like avocado, nuts and seeds. If you're lifting maybe some plant based protein will help. Like some of the following: Nut butters Tofu Soy milk Soy "meats" processed maybe, but they definitely help making a meal whole imo and protein goals Alllssssooo to help with gaining, carbsss…

I feel like you don't need that much protein, 1g per pound is solid, you could go 1.2 and that'd be 126. Keep the carbs high. Sounds pretty solid, try a 500 surplus first and see where that gets you and then make changes as you see fit :)

"good fats" Avocado, Nuts, carbs like couscous, rice, pasta, starches like potatoes :)

A bowl of unsweetened soy milk, cheerios and blueberries. I just worked out but its late so I wanted something that would have protein (8g per cup of soy) and be able to make fast. (my bananas aren't ripe enough for my protein smoothies :brokenheart: )

I eat peanut butter and coconut spread by Earth balance. Its certified organic and vegan friendly (not that a lot of you care about those details lol) I would think nutella has more sugar…but I've never really compared it to your typical kraft pb or whatever….sorry for the lack of help, I tried aha

Stop grazing, when you mindlessly put something in your mouth (candy in the office, mints offered at the bank door etc etc) it all counts up!

Yes you can! I stopped tracking my sugar on mfp, according to the settings just having two apples a day when on 1200 cals ( I'm now maintaining) nearly put me over!
