I want to tone up more, and would like to drop another 10 pounds or so.I think your right, after 5 sessions I might feel like I can do it without help. Especially if I learn the proper technique...thanks!

I was 166 last week.

No movement for me 2 weeks in a row. I was very active all weekend and I'm feeling good about how I look it's just the number on the scale is driving me crazy! I'm going to try to cut the sodium and see what happens :/

I love this post! I have always wanted to be able to wear high boots with jeans and a sweater and not feel like I have 2 sausages for legs! Or to put on a dress and feel comfortable. I love clothes and shopping online and it's getting to be a lot more fun when things arrive in the mail these days :)

My weight last Friday was 167, but I was 168 on Saturday. I have been really having a hard time getting off the 168 mark! I am going to try the Jillian Michaels kettle ball DVD this week and watch my carb intake more than I have been. I will just keep my weight at 168, I dont' want to mark down a pound unless I can stay…

Right now I love the yellow tomatoes. Cut them up with a little salt and it's sooo good! Also love the ranch mini rice cakes, I am a salt person! For chocolate fixes I like just plain old chocolate chips, I think you can have 17 for for about 80 calories

Really bad week for me, up a pound :( 169 today. So dissapointed in myself, just haven't been exercising. Back into the grove today, going to work hard all weekend!

I have never tried it before and I thought why not. I was kind of bouncing back and forth between 170-171. I was 171 Monday and 169 today.

I am so happy to report I was 169 this morning! I haven't seen the 160's in a long time! This week I kind of zig zagged my calories a little and I lost 2 pounds! Have a great weekend everyone :happy:

Hi Everyone, Going on vacation starting today so I weighed in this morning. I won't be around a computer for a couple days :( My weight this morning was 171...down 1 pound since last week. Really can't wait to get into the 160's haven't been there in almost a year!! Have a great weekend
