Good Job! I'm on that same path and I lost 70 lbs since Jan 2014. The funny thing about it is, I didn't change the stuff I ate and with little to no workouts. I never really changed what I ate. It really has to do with portion and the amount of activities. I removed sugar from my diet and and I limited the amount of dairy products.
