Ah bodies! Bloody brilliant aren't they. As others have said spot reducing is not possible. Your dietician will want cooperation. No one is going to stop you having the odd fast meal. But these guys are expensive... and yes you probably need one to show you just how easy it is to make that transition. So yes..you need to commit.

I have insomnia, when it doesn't kill off my appetite and I eat I log it. I will move a bit more the following day. Also your body uses 161 cals extra if you stay awake aaall night as I do but it will reserve these if it can out of the following day and day after.

I made a tapanade for cod the other day: 3 tbs olive oil Half cup olives Half cup capers Five red tomatoes deseeded Shallots Fresh oregano Pepper Pinch salt Blitz in blender Fry off in pan to release flavours Spoon over cod half way through cooking... I don't know much about 5:2 as I do ESE. Do you need to hit a particular figure? My gut says if you are not enjoying it you will not stick at it...and 100 call isn't going to make much difference :) but that is only my opinion

I have insomnia that even medication doesn't touch and frequently am awake for stretches of 48 hours plus when I do sleep it is typically under 3 hours. My weight is fairly consistent, I lose but slowly. My sleep is linked to another condition but I found your stories interesting. I hope you get rest all of you :D

For what it's worth I quit alcohol for health reasons 8 months ago. There was no magic 'drop' of weight. I have probably lost at about the same rate.

I honestly do think you will look different but are maybe struggling to see it. Could you put the pics up maybe? For what its worth I have lost 21lbs so far and gone down two sizes but can not see it. I don't know what I am (being tested) but my monthly went west at the beginning of the year and in the past recurrent miscarriages. Hoping the tests show whats up and it al settles back down. See your doc :)

First off if you are absolutely sure that payment was not authorised you should be able to charge it back. Problem solved.
