I vote with the microwave crowd! Just get a pan made for the microwave, 1 minute or so per slice!

I am not a runner but use the mapmywalk app on my IPhone. It's a great app!

I was thinking of asking my boss if I could move my computer into the bathroom!

I am allowed 1220 calories a day. My doctor told me that he thought that I should be eating 1500 calories, but I have gone with the recommendation from MFP and I am losing around 1 pound a week.

I love my knee high boots. Can't say that I personally will ever wear a "bikini" again, but I darned sure will wear a 2 piece suit if 30 Day Shred works for me! :happy:

I was just looking at another website to see what their recommendations were for me to lose 1 pound a week. The calorie amount was right on with MFP but they recommended more protein and less fat and carbs than MFP. So, maybe that is the problem?

I am also going on vacation soon, headed to the beach for a week! I have lost 4 pounds and I hate to gain it all back in a week! I do like the suggestion posted of "being on vacation from everything"! I will just make sure that I walk every day and pick out healthy snacks to take to the beach!

I weigh every day. It lets me see what the effect of one day of too many calories does if I make poor food choices, so the scale keeps me on track!
