To log or not to log, that is the question............
I have reached my target weight and have pretty much stayed there for a few weeks. For those who have reached their goal weight...are you still logging your food and exercise? It is becoming pretty tiresome after 8 months!!

What is your toughest time of day?
When I get home from work, it is so hard to keep from snacking. I don't usually eat lunch until 12:30pm and try to have a high protein snack about a half an hour before I come home. Huge NSV for me!
On May 11th, my LDL was 177 ( a huge jump since it was done previously). My doctor called to ask me what the heck was going on. Blisters!
I have increased the distance that I am walking as well as the speed at which I walk and I am getting blisters on my feet. Ouch! I started using moleskin on the sensitive spots! My shoes aren't old. Any suggestions for "curing" this problem? It is hard to stay motivated to walk when your feet hurt! :frown:

Burned out!
I have been using MFP for 3 months and I am right on track for my weight loss. However, I am tired of doing my food diary, thinking about what I am eating and worrying if I don't exercise. How do you stay motivated?
