On May 11th, my LDL was 177 ( a huge jump since it was done previously). My doctor called to ask me what the heck was going on. I did not want to take medication, so I told him to let me work on getting it down with lifestyle change. I had it rechecked and with my diet changes, exercise and weight loss, it is down to 106!! Yay me!!

It just goes to show what hard work and watching diet can do. I'm surprised your doctor didn't ask you to counsel the rest of his patients. You have succeeded where others have failed. Give yourself a gold star and post those results on the refrigerator!
  • That's awesome! That must be an incredible feeling :)
  • Congratulations!!! That is an awesome accomplishment! You just gave me a much needed reminder why I am doing this.
