No one received the wrong treatment, meds or surgery. It was not deliberate incorrect billing. I cannot imagine that a fine would be involved. It is a lesson learned.

I missed some time d/t being away for the holiday. I plan to do each level for at least 10 days. I know some get bored, but I walk as well as doing the shred and that is also boring! It is about results, so I will suffer through being bored!

I am not a fan but eat it anyway! Chobani pomegranate is my favorite and the Dannon brand is good, especially if you put fresh fruit in the vanilla!

Since I don't use a HRM, I am always unsure if the amount of calories that MFP says that I have burned is correct. So, I try not to eat all of the extra calories!

My friend and I walk together. I am taller and weigh more than her. I get credit for burning a few more calories when we walk than she does. So, I just figured that MFP used our stats to estimate the calories burned.

I love Klondike Slim-a Bear bars..100 calories and they taste like you had a forbidden treat! Fruit and low fat yogurt is also a good one for me!

The arrogance of some people! I do agree that there are some great PAs and CRNP's, just like there are MD's that arent so great! Glad your labs are getting better! Find a new provider who is a postive person!

I use Pandora radio on my IPhone! They have some music that is geared for workouts, makes me move faster!

My friend and I walk for 40 minutes at lunch almost every day! Then, I try to coerce my hubby into walking again with me in the evening, at least for 30 minutes.

February 2011..I saw an old friend that I hadn't seen in several years and I felt like he must have wondered what in the heck happened to me! I was very ashamed at that moment that I had let myself go. So, here I am, a little lighter and feeling a lot better!!

I also have the "weekend" problem, mainly due to social activities that go on! Then at the end of the day, eater's remorse kicks in! I am trying to keep lots of fresh fruit around. If I start thinking about eating, I get a glass of ice water to distract myself!! When Monday comes, I work extra hard to get back on track!
