If I have the food with me, I'll double check, and I like that MFP gives you the option to say whether it's correct or not. If It's really important and I don't have the food, I'll look it up. Within the three weeks that I kept up with MFP, I didn't lose a single pound, even with calorie intake between 1100 and 1300 and with exercise. I used to pan fry mine until they were soft and just a little crisp on the top, then eat with hollandaise, but :blushing: since this is a weight loss site, I'd recommend just some seasoned garlic & butter (unless you can find a low-cal hollandaise, which doesn't seem likely)

I'm trying the same things mentioned for my jiggly tummy; crunches and cardio, plus eating more veggies than fats and carbs. For my butt (it's not too flat but it's definitely starting to get flabby) I do the lunges and squats that someone else mentioned. Good luck!
