  • Old thread, I know, but.. As of this moment, I've been craving for like an hour. Not hungry-- my stomach feels fine-- but I'm desperate to munch on something. So I drank a glass of water and am now nibbling on kimchi for simple satisfaction (i generally crave salt & citrus, not sweets) and afterwards I plan to have another…
  • that's a really good point, thank you. Definitely better to be under than over.
  • I checked Spinning and it gave me the same number.
  • If I have the food with me, I'll double check, and I like that MFP gives you the option to say whether it's correct or not. If It's really important and I don't have the food, I'll look it up. • I was actually about to ask this question on the board, but since this post is already here, I thought I'd just bump it and see if anyone has any other ideas! I have Wii Fit Plus, and i do really like it, but don't consider it a good hard workout game. It's more for small daily activities. I just signed up for GameFly, and…
  • I'm trying the same things mentioned for my jiggly tummy; crunches and cardio, plus eating more veggies than fats and carbs. For my butt (it's not too flat but it's definitely starting to get flabby) I do the lunges and squats that someone else mentioned. Good luck!
  • Yay!!! :flowerforyou:
