I ate a Fiber One 90 calorie bar and a cup of cubed canteloupe this morning at 9am and having no desire to go to lunch and it is 12:30!!! I find the Fiber One bars are delicious and very satisfying!!

Personally I just started doing a Pilates video in the comfort of my air conditioned home because it is too darn hot to do anything outside!! I have found I absolutley love Pilates and wonder why I did not do it sooner!!

My calories burned goal is 2000 and I burned 2482!!! My beginning weight last week was 221 and my weigh in on Saturday was 220!! So only down a pound!! I have lost 30 pounds in 90 days though, so hopefully I can stay on pace for 10# a month!!
