I haven't, but if you plan on sticking with this diet for your entire lifetime, try it. If you can't (which probably best bet you can't) I would focus on balanced healthy eating instead of a quick fix diet to lose weight. Chances are if you do lose weight you'll gain it back, and then some. Just my two cents.

I'd definitely take something with calcium in it. Although broccoli is a good source of calcium, it isn't enough compared to having dairy in your diet. Vitamin D would also be low, especially in Canada so I'd take a supplement. Iron would be the less bioavailable form in fruits and vegetables so I might try to supplement…

I want to make these soon!

Are you getting enough water? Plus, I think you should eat back at least half your calories since you're already in a deficit. So say you burned 600 calories, eat your daily + 300 extra.

Ugh, up slightly again this week. Not sure what my body is doing!

I'm up a bit this week :( Sundays are my usual weigh in day. It's probably water retention.

Uh oh, been bad today, might not lose anything in tomorrow's weigh in! :(

May I join? I'm 144.5 as of today! I'm looking to lose about 10-15 pounds by Christmas, hoping it's possible!

Not one of my finest nights drinking I ended up throwing up EVERYWHERE all over the bar bathroom. Including on my phone. I lysoled it like crazy and it still didn't smell clean for a week after. Ugh death, never again have i gotten that drunk.

You need to take in a certain amount of carbohydrate per day in order to make sure the body doesn't start using other fuel sources (especially protein stores). Otherwise you'll go into ketosis which can lead to negative body effects. You need around 130g of carbohydrate per day AT LEAST in order to make sure your body…

I had to put my rabbit down less than two weeks ago. He had cancer, and we had the mass removed twice because they said it wasn't cancer initially. It was such a sad day, I"m not going to lie. Even if you have one day where you eat unhealthy, just get back on he wagon again. I'm really sorry that you have to go through…

Omega 6 aren't the ideal omega due to their inflammatory properties. You're best to take omega 3 by itself. I'd take a fish oil supplement instead of a flax seed supplement however since there will be more EPA and DHA which are the omega 3s that you want to target.

I stand all day at work and walk around, I'm listed as sedentary since I'm not really doing much and then I track about 20-30 minutes each day as walking at a very slow pace.

I still eat what I want in moderation. I don't go to fast food places mainly since I can make smaller versions of things with less calories myself. I love pizza but instead of buying pizza from a pizza place I buy lower calorie options. McCains has new ultra thin crust pizzas which are usually only 170 calories per 1/4 of…

I eat 1200 calories a day, then eat back half to all of my exercise calories. Usually my HRM will tell me a number and I'll half that and that's what I'll attempt to eat back. I also work all day on my feet at work, and I track about 15-20 minutes of slow 2.0mph walking to account for the walking I do since I do walk…

My mom has it. She used to be a lot heavier than she is now and I think for the most part it was her starting dog walking because she's pretty much walking at least 3 hours everyday even though technically she's always running around for other things. She also takes a lot of vitamins and isn't on any medication.

I really like crab meat rolls, sweet potato tempura rolls (even though the sweet potato is deep fried), pan fried dumplings, bbq eel nigiri and yeah that's about it haha.

I often find the saute sensations by Stouffers to be pretty good. The chicken teriyaki one has 2 servings of vegetables in each half of the package and you get a lot of food for a small amount of calories. I often add extra rice because there's a lot of sauce and I think the amount I eat with the extra rice is under 300…

Good luck guys! I've been here for 35ish days I think and love it!
