Me and a group of work friends do the 30 day challenges, like squat challenge, push up challenge, etc. We just go to an empty conference room w/no windows. :) You can knock them out pretty quickly and then in the afternoons we'll go do the stairs. It really does start to add up.

Hi, welcome!! I joined a week ago and lost 5.6 pounds. I'm still trying to get used to logging in and writing everything down, but just knowing that I come here to put my weight in every week is helping me to make smarter choices. I'll send you a friend request also.

My trainer used to have us eating hard boiled eggs, hummus and some steamed spinach. I'd sneak in a few pita chips too. I think she said to eat mostly protein if you're eating late.

I'm new too, feel free to add me as a friend. While I'm not in school anymore, I found a way to workout and get work done as well. I download documents I need to review to my iPad and read while I'm on the treadmill or on the bike. Obviously it's hard to do high intensity while reading, but at least I'm moving. Maybe…
