I've actually questioed if i have sleep apnea, maybe i should go get checked......when i work out i'm twice as hungry lol. I lost 100lbs before eating every three hours high protien low carb. I'll also have to look into the gluten thing

Today as of now i'm 600 calories over and i've drank 6liters of water at least today....filled up an empty 2l pepsi bottle and drank it 3 times

Thanks everyone i love the family atmosphere here, it really encourages you to keep on going. Another thing is i am super tired, dieting or not dieting even with lots of sleep. Do you guys think this could be related? and by tired i mean going to bed early and waking up feeling like i was at the bar all night

I lost 100lbs once also and am starting again after i gained alot back, one thing i also noticed is its alot harder when your older to do it again
