If you feel good at the 1800 but find you aren't losing, try just going down a little. Going from 1300 to 1800 is pretty significant. I was at 1620 and I felt very good at that level and had slow but decent weight loss.

I agree with a lot of the posts here: Plan your menu and log everything. I let myself have a glass of wine or a beer every now and again, but I always add it first so then I know how many calories I have left to work with.
