nothing wrong with working out 5 days a week? along as your not overdoing it & getting in all your meals. & i say stick to cardio, adjust the amount of cardio as necessary . Good luck

People who say that abs are made in the kitchen. True to a certain extent, we all have abs. sure in the kitchen is where it all depends if they show or not, but they are a muscle just like any other, work it out to grow it and thicken it. Just eating right and never doing abs will not get you the abs or lean look you want!…

I think you look fine. along as you enjoy working out, and your satisfied with the results thats all that matters. I know she's your mother but you have to live your life not hers. (If it makes any sense) Good luck with your decision.

Id say just put in your info into MFP and put how much weight you want to loose and work down from there…time is key! i think this app is pretty accurate and has worked for me ! Good luck!

i think it depends on the person..i personally eat 5-10 whole eggs a day when I'm trying to gain weight..good source of fats and protein. if anything do egg whites. my cholesterol and all other blood work is just fine too.

Teach her or help her find motivation to start cooking and learning about fitness and what works for her body. its better for you to teach her the right way rather than her starving her self or w.e other wrong ways there is to loose weight.

i have the same problem I'm always about 500 calories short..I would say prep your meals ahead of time and tell your self i have to eat all this by the end of each day. Good luck !
