I need to give up Dunkin donuts coffee w cream and sugar. It is so yummy,but 160 something calories for one medium size. Not to mention,the more I drink it the more I want it. So yeah I can easily have two-three a day. Taking it with skim milk and sweetener is not the same either. :p. I just need to break up with it. >:-[

Meh I purposely overate/drank on the fourth. IMO it is a holiday,going a little nuts isn't going to make or break you. I went back to "normal" the very next day.

What are the differences in the fitbits?(besides the sleep monitoring) I found the zip online for only $50,but was wondering if it worked as well as the ones with the wrist bands.

Personally,I would call eight drinks a week drinking heavily. However,I do not drink so I think it may all have to do with your perception.

I use to drink pepsi and coffee all day. Now I have two cups of coffee in the morning and water all day. No more pepsi for me,I can't seem to drink it in moderation like a normal person;so I just gave it up entirely. I don't even miss it and surprisingly love water now.

I kind of like it. It always tells me how awesome I am for choosing certain foods. Ok well it doesn't exactly say I am awesome but it MAKES ME FEEL AWESOME!! :/
