Was just about to say- I ate nothing but junk the past two weeks and somehow still managed to lose the same amount of weight and inches as the op. Doesn't matter what you eat as long as it fits your calories,you will lose weight op. No need for all the...I don't even know what to call it. You do you though,glad it works…

I lost 40 pounds on slim fast last year. Though I lost an additional 40 pounds from eating real food and keeping track. I prefer the eating food option.:p

Someone I have known for years came up to me at the gym today and said "I wasnt sure if I should say anything,but you look great-how much weight have you lost?". I happily told them,but it made me wonder..are some people just afraid to say anything for fear of being offensive?

oh how I can relate to this. I am not really a people person and very socially awkward. That has NOT changed even after losing weight lol. I like to be alone,though suddenly everyone wants to talk to me more.

I am 42 and have lost 79 pounds so far. All I have done is eaten at a deficit and walk every day. I just recently started strength training,but all of my loss so far is simply just from walking three miles a day and eating anything I want within my calorie goals. Nothing crazy,so far so good. :)

I thought it was pretty easy when I started(weighing 265) and could eat 1900 calories a day and still lose two pounds a week. Now that I have less calories to eat,it's becoming increasingly more difficult. Not impossible,but not much room for error.
