  • i broke my ankle in feb, those are called fracture blisters!!!!! I keep sayin that i have to be careful how i exercise and i wanted to show why lol x It was fractured in 3 places, the swelling was so bad the blister are the bodies way of coping with the excess fluid, gross aren't they lol x

  • the best thing i've found about this site cath, is there is no 'cheat'. Just everything in moderation, and exercise - wait til you see how many cals you can burn doing simple things!! I'm with ya bbs an so is every1 else on here xxxxxxx

  • i can gain anything up to 7lb in the week before my TOM - i think its water retention. but the 1st day of my TOM i will drop it all and them some more normally. I take i type of pill that stops my TOM at mo but my body still does it!!!
