i broke my ankle in feb, those are called fracture blisters!!!!! I keep sayin that i have to be careful how i exercise and i wanted to show why lol x It was fractured in 3 places, the swelling was so bad the blister are the bodies way of coping with the excess fluid, gross aren't they lol x

the best thing i've found about this site cath, is there is no 'cheat'. Just everything in moderation, and exercise - wait til you see how many cals you can burn doing simple things!! I'm with ya bbs an so is every1 else on here xxxxxxx

my starting place was 89lb and i've lost 14 so far, but the more support the better i say xx

i can gain anything up to 7lb in the week before my TOM - i think its water retention. but the 1st day of my TOM i will drop it all and them some more normally. I take i type of pill that stops my TOM at mo but my body still does it!!!
