After my 3rd child i read the book the mummy tummy - good at explainjng what pregnancy does to your abs. Lots of good tightening exercises you can do while driving or sitting at your desk. Be patient and stick with it it wcan get beyter but you have to work at it. Keep eating at a deficit.

Eat healthier - including vege's. Cut the carbs and increase your protein. Get your calorie count up, your body is probably going into starvation mode and holding onto every calorie you give it.

I'm having headaches as well. I will try to increase the water intake. I didn't know you could get headaches from sugar & carb withdrawls - that could definitely be the source for me. thanks!

Losing 30 lbs is a great accomplishment, don't get discouraged. Make sure your doing some strenght training to tone your muscles. Thanks everyone! Yes, I have been logging every day and being honest about it. I'll just keep after it. Ive been trying not to eat up to all of the calories I can with the added exercise. I thought my food log was open, I'll double check that.

Hi Renee, I did the drops and the 500 calorie plan, I did lose the weight (20lbs) but then gained it back once I began eatting a 1200-1400 calorie diet. Definitely get a food scale.
