Hi Jessica! I'm June and I'm just starting MFP--I did it in the past, but I move to Weight Watchers. Tired of Smart Points and paying each month. The way to add someone is to click on their user name. It'll pull up a screen, and request them as friend. Have a great day!

I am going wheat free again. I did it for a long time and about 6 months ago I started adding back wheat. My eczema is back, and my knees are hurting. I love Davis' books! Add me as a friend.

Hi Barbie! I found your group tonight and would like to share. I'm committing to 3 times per week at the gym an walking my dog 3- 4 nights a week. I'm currently on Weight Watchers, but I'd like to change over to MFP and drop WW. I'm tired of the Smart Points system.

I'm starting a Whole 30 tomorrow, June 15th. I did it last summer and lost 10 lbs. Great work! I had so much more energy, and slept so well. I've let the processed food back in and I'm felling yucky!

I have a wheat and dairy intolerance. When I told them at WW the doctor said they we not necessary in my diet, I excluded them. I'm eating clean, Paleoish, and when I told them that at WW, I was told I need grains and dairy. Hmmmmm, doctor's advice or WW? I'm following the doctor. Tracking through MFP is so much more…

Rebamae, I actually bought the Paleo Restart, and hit Day 1 yesterday. I downloaded the cookbook, but I'm doing the Whole 30. I like the Restart recipes, and the tips, ect.
