I was looking at the spreadsheet as I find it very motivating to see the pounds lost increasing. I noticed that under the heading "challenge lost" or something similar the pounds lost have reduced significantly. So I had a look around and the numbers of user "trailsrock" look very wrong to me. very early days yet,but putting shoes on seems to be easier now and walking too. Also, when I started out doing Leslie Sanson 3 mile workout, I felt like dying, now I can keep up. Jan 1 259.7 (117.8 kg) Jan 8 256.3 (116.3 kg) Jan 15 250.6 (113.7 kg) 5.7 lbs lost this week. Not sure why this big loss happened. I didn't do anything different, but I am not complaining one bit. I know it will not happen very often and some weeks I might lose nothing. Usually, I am a very slow at losing weight 9.1/20
