I've always eaten back exercise calories and loose at the rate MFP says I will (roughly). If you're hungry, eat back your exercise calories, if you feel fine without them then you might not want to eat them all back.

I agree that you'll still lose weight but it's well worth trying veg. If you work on new veg then you might want to remember that it's very likely to be all in your head that you don't like them, because really there are so many different veg and ways to prepare them you can't hate them all! This. This all over! Also, you said your bloods have been checked and are normal, so you know this isn't anything medical, which would have been unlikely anyway. I'd guess you're either underestimating how much you eat or overestimating how active you are, there isn't really another logical explanation

As you already said you are going in the right direction. Your diary looks fine calorie wise to me, there are some days over but other days under so that averages out. I'm only 5 foot 2 like you, it's frustrating that because of being short MFP will give you few calories to go on. Can you not bring in another type of exercise on top of walking? Something like 30DS is good because it's only a short burst every day but burns a good amount of calories for it. Also, salad is amazing. I often…

The size of my calves goes up and down a little with weight loss/gain but they always stay big. It's not really something you can change, I guess you might be able to look into exercise that wouldn't put any extra bulk there but none will make you loose any.

I don't eat meat, so can't comment on what I do...but surely you would weigh after as the cooking method will make a difference. For instance 100g of raw chicken is probably different to 100g grilled chicken which again would be different to 100g roast chicken I would think?
