I agree with all of this, also are you eating back exercise calories? if you are stop it, most people over estimate the calories they burn during exercise and underestimate the calories they consume, not a good combination.

This is not correct, on stronglifts you are supposed to add 5lbs every session, but if you can not finish your 5 sets, you do not add, until you are able to finish 5 sets. Adding 10 lbs per week is not a good idea for stronglifts, the idea is to increase gradually, so a 10lb increase would be too much for the program. Your…

Dont eat your exercise calories back, the estimates for how many calories you burned during exercise are just that, estimates, and that is probably your problem.

Just eat it, as long as you are sticking to your goals the vast majority of the time you will be fine. You should still eat for the rest of the day, but maybe reduce the portion sizes slightly, but even that isnt really necessary, as long as you are at a calorie deficit at the end of the week, you have still had a good…
