  • I second this! Make a smoothie yourself! I use a cup of frozen strawberries, half of a banana, a scoop of protein powder, a cup of almond milk, and a handful of ice. They are amazing! I've done the fad shakes in the past and haven't ever had any luck.
  • How is everyone doing? I finished Day 1 of Week 2 yesterday and thought I might die. lol Week 1 was a breeze so I thought only adding 30 seconds to my runs would be fine... ha! Not looking forward to the rest of this but I have to keep going. Hubby signed us up for the Color Run in June! Eeek!
  • I just finished Day 3 of Week 1 today. Week 2 doesn't seem like it will be too bad (90 sec running, 2 min walking) but I'm not looking forward to what is to come after that! At this point, running for 10 minutes seems like it would kill me... I can't even think of doing 25 minutes in 7 weeks. :/
  • There is nothing like a live Zumba class. If you can't make it to a class, I recommend finding video's on youtube rather than spending the money on the games for the Wii or Xbox. I have the first one for the Wii and it did absolutely nothing for me but hurt my knees. At a live class you can burn anywhere from 700-1000 cals…
  • Hi there! I will be 31 this year but I'd be happy to be your friend. :) And yes, I understand. It's very hard for me to lose weight, so much so that I went and had my thyroid checked because my weight loss is very slow. It's taken me almost 4 weeks to lose the 3.6 lbs that I've lost. :(
  • I weigh myself every morning. It keeps me on track! :)
  • Started today! Feel free to add me!
  • 4'11" here! Current weight is 160 and need to be about 115-120 to not be considered overweight. Psh, whatever! I'll be happy at 130 but I've got my goal set at 115.
  • It is terrible! lol But it works! The longest I've done it is a week before I get bored and want to move onto something else. Right now I'm doing the c25k program. I will probably alternate it with 30 day shred on my off days. :)
  • We just moved from Xenia. Thankful to get away from that area! lol
  • I live in Pickerington, southeast of Columbus.
  • Nevermind, lol. I just reread your question and realized I didn't answer it at all. lol Disregard my response, but at least you get a new recipe out of the deal. ;)
  • There is a "Protein Pancake" recipe in the Insanity Nutrition Guide. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds like it could be pretty good. 1 Whole Egg 2 Egg Whites 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder 1/4 cup instant oatmeal 2-3 Tbsp water Combine ingredients. Mix batter well, cook one large pancake on a nonstick skillet lightly…
  • I'm 30 and looking to lose about 40-50 lbs. Feel free to add me! I need all the encouragement I can get! :) Good luck!
