There are loads of one pot dishes on BBC Good Food website for free. Ive just started making soups, and making a big one pot on a Sunday for dinner, with leftovers for work. All the dishes show the calorie count, and so far, all the ones I have tried have already been on the MFP database, so easy to add to food log :smiley:

Im not worried about the calorie side of it, but trying to go for something naturally sourced, as read so many bad things about sweeteners

Yes!!!!! I love the motivation metal gives me. It gets my adrenaline raging. I go to a combat class where the instructor often plays metal tunes, and I ache so much the next day from the energy it seems to give me.:happy:

Hi, yes I am using my calorie allowance, and adding my gym exercise to make sure I eat more the days I go. Taking so much will power not to gorge
