Not lost weight this week
Hi, I've not lost any weight this week despite being under my calorie allowance every day. Can having a cold effect this? I've not had much of an appetite, so I was expecting a decent loss this week. Was surprised to find it hadn't shifted at all.

Flexible dieting
Trying to figure out my macros for this. Lots of conflicting info out there. Can't decide between HFLC @ 30/30/40 or HPLF @ 40/40/20. Does it really make any difference as long as I'm consistent?

Getting enough fibre on low carb diet?
After some suggestions on how this is possible please. Apparently I should be getting 25g a day but it's more like 11 when sticking to my macros. I've set my macros to 30% carbs which I mostly eat after a workout. I eat veggies with every meal and snack on fruit and nuts, but nowhere near hitting fibre.
