Has anyone paid for a nutrition programme from their gym? My gym has started to offer it and others seem to have good results. Not sure whether they would tell me anything I don't already know.

I'd be highly sceptical unless it's run by a qualified dietitian.2

I'm a cheapskate. I would just pay myself to do my own research on what I should be eating.0

I agree with this.
Sometimes you will see a gym partner with an RD and I'd go this route. I'd avoid anyone who just has some sort of certification and is not a dietitian. You could also check with your health insurance to see if nutrition counseling is covered.
