Getting enough fibre on low carb diet?

After some suggestions on how this is possible please. Apparently I should be getting 25g a day but it's more like 11 when sticking to my macros. I've set my macros to 30% carbs which I mostly eat after a workout. I eat veggies with every meal and snack on fruit and nuts, but nowhere near hitting fibre.

Chia seeds, flax seeds, and greens like mustard greens, chicory, endive, romaine, spinach, kale.

I get 12 g of fiber with this one smoothie. For your macros, eliminate or reduce the banana.

I buy Ole high fiber tortillas from Amazon. Yummy! And the have 50 calories and 11 grams of fiber per 6-inch tortilla. The bag says 5 grams net carbs. They may help you a bit.

On 30% carbs it shouldn't be too hard. I was getting 20-25 when doing keto, because I focused on vegetables as my carb source. Great source of fiber that should fit in with 30% carbs is beans and lentils. Raspberries have a lot for the calories, too, and avocados have a good fiber to total carb ratio.
