After some ideas please for low carbs/high protein quick or make ahead weekday breakfast.

    Make some frittatas in advance, freeze then reheat in the microwave as you want.

    I eat cheese sticks and a hard boiled egg for breakfast - I don't think those are carbs and I think they're pretty good on protein, but honestly I don't really keep track of macros.

    I eat a serving of full-fat cottage cheese for breakfast almost every day. It keeps me satisfied until lunch.
