All I have done is be committed to logging in every day and recording everything I eat, even on the bad days. I also try to get some form of exercise in at least 5 or 6 days a week.

I've struggled also. I make a point to drink at least 128 oz of water a day but on days I have more sodium, I can almost be guaranteed the scales will show a gain. I had quite a rough time in July & August losing much weight even with sticking to 1200 cal a day but for me, increasing my protein seemed to help get me over…

HS football game tonight, grandaughter's soccer game at 8:30AM tomorrow, car show at 10, birthday party at 5. Church and babysitting grandkids on Sunday. Good thing I have Mon and Tues scheduled off. I will need to recover.:happy:
