Congrats, what a great feeling of accomplishment!! I did my first ever 5K Warrior Dash in May and it was an amazing feeling. I think my time was 1:03 which wasn't great but hey, I finished!!

I have done P90X and I couldn't do one pushup when I started. I followed the 'modified' version they always have on their workouts and I started out doing them on my knees. Now I can do about 25 regular pushups, so my advice is to start out with the modified version and do the best you can. Over time, you will definately…

I have P90X. I have a yoga mat, a set of 5 lb weights, a set of 10 lb weights and an exercise band...all cheap investments. I have lost 39 inches and 55 lbs doing P90X as one of my main workouts.

Congrats! I started running recently and am up to 1.6 miles. I am not fast but it has gotten much easier. Good luck!

I'm around 185 now and a size 11/12. Since I have a large frame, I would be happy at 165.
