I was prayin' to the scale this morning too. I had a great result for my first weigh in, but I know alot of it is probably water weight, but I already feel so much better just knowing I'm eating healthier. Good luck!!

I do P90X also and wasn't sure how to track workout time since I just joined the MFP on Monday. I discussed with a friend of mine who referred me to this site & she said she'd record it as one hour of aerobics, so that's what I'm doing. I did an hour today (shoulders and arms).

Congrats! These posts are so encouraging to those of us just starting out. I only started on Monday and have already seen the scales go down, simply by counting calories. It's amazing how easy it's been so far, now that I know what to eat and how much to eat. I can't wait to post my first milestone :)
