I'm in! I need a motivation considering I'm having a very hard time losing these last 10-15 pounds :) Goals for December: drink more water, eat 3 cups of veggies a day,cut back on the junk food and finish the 30DS.

Been slacking the past two days of my workouts and eating but now I'm back and track :) My weight is still the same but I can tell I'm slimming down, at least its better than nothing :)

Took a break from the 30DS for about two days, I was so sore after Level 2. But today I'm back on track my eating the past two days has been slacking also. Does anyone have any tips on snacking? The past two days I've been eating healthy meals but when it comes to snacking...eh, not the best :p

Sorry I've been gone so long, its finals week at school so it s killing me :P. But anyways, so far my workouts and eating have been great. Tomorrow I'm starting level 2 of the 30DS so I'm pretty excited about that and I started the Curves Eating Program with my mom 4 days ago and I can already feel the difference :)…

Today will be D8L1, I'm thinking about just moving on to level 2 since level 1 has gotten easy for me. Then I'll just stay on L2 for 10 days, and finish out the month with level 3 :) How is level 2 by the way? I'm kinda nervous but excited, alot of people say its harder than level 3.

Weighed myself this morning since I forgot to do it yesterday and I still weigh 158. At least Im maintaining and not gaining weight :) Right now Im on day 7 of the 30 Day Shred and I feel like my endurance and stamina have increased, and I've gained muscle so thats good .I hope the weight will come off soon :)

Weighed in this morning and Im still 158 :p but at least Im maintaining and not gaining weight. Hopefull the 30 Day Shred will start taking effect soon, I've been doing it for 7 days so far. I've lost inches and I feel my endurance is alot better, I'll just stay focused and positive :)

On the 23rd and 30th I weighed in at 158 pounds :) I'll weight myself tomorrow, I feel like I lost weight since all my clothes are fitting differently or maybe its just inches :) I'm on day 5 of the 30 Day Shred maybe results will start showing :)

I'm still going strong :). I'm on day 4 of the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I feel like this will make me get over my plateua. I'm seeing my muscles in my arms and my legs are becoming more toned so I'm happy :) Good luck to everyone this month!

Today will be be L1D4, I havent done it yet since I do it at night but after the first 3 days I feel my body adjusting and getting stronger. Also, I can see a little muscle in my arms, yay! haha.
