Down from a snug 28 to a loose 20. I haven't been in these sizes in a very long time.

Homemade cornbread and chilli. The other night when I did the same thing, I made split pea soup.

It tastes great frozen as well. I make this and eat half then freeze the other half. I don't use coconut milk though.

That is worth being proud of. Keep up the good work. You can make it happen by sticking with those changes.

Be patient when your body hits that stall point. I have been there as well. Your body is catching up to the changes you have made and adjusting. Keep going and you will overcome. I recently past this stage myself for the second time.

I do use nuts regularly for snacks. I also love dates or other dried fruit. I also enjoy sliced carrots, beats, or other vegies. They travel well and do not need to be in a cooler.

Well today is high. However I cannot eat processed sugar of any kind so the only sugar I get is through vegies and fruit, which I don't do alot of fruit. I have been doing this for a month and can stay in the guidelines of MFP.

Not sure it is available every where but Subway in Oregon has gluten free available and the staff are trained to keep cross contamination to a minimum. Its ok if you do not have a problem with other things. Otherwise a salad, baked potato, or rice may be a good option.

I did that for awhile. Granted not every day but a couple times a week. I very rarely do that now however. One of the things I did do is allowed once a week I could get one thing or I could go to another store and choose one thing. Then from their alleviate it. Put the money in a jar instead and use it for new clothes too.…

I have bought some massage oil that seems to help alot of my pain. After a hot shower/bath I have hubby give me a rub down. The Spearimint Eucalyptus oil is the most incredible stuff ever. It takes my pain away and allows me to sleep. One other thing is once we took any of the aspartame things out of our diet it took alot…

I am always striving for that. Be aware though many foods you do not think of having chemicals are refined with them. ie, sugar But I agree its a good one

I usually eat leftover from dinner. Sometimes I make up rice, lentils, add salsa, lettuce, and if you eat cheese you can add that for a yummy filling lunch you can make ahead. I also slice up cucumber and make up some chicken salad or tuna to eat togethor. That was a great lunch. Sometimes I have breakfast as well.…

My family is way more likely to say something than outsiders. But on occassion I get someone asking what I am doing. For me I have changed my diet dramatically over the last few years. Most people do not want to change that dramatically. The best compliment I have ever had is "You are melting away what are you doing?"

I have a pit bull. My hubby wanted him for his birthday one year and well,,,,,he became mine almost instantly. He is the biggest love and nicer than the bassett hound we had at the time.

If you do have to have sugar try the natural sugar (sugar in the raw) or honey. I found when I quit using the normally processed sugar I craved it less. It takes a minimum of a week to not crave it and a week or so longer for the brain to not think you need it. I haven't had any sugar added to foods for a few weeks now and…

If you do not have a scale start by taking measurements. It is sometimes better to have measurements because it can often change even if your weight has not.

Excellent loss. You look incredible.

Natural is always better in my belief. Margarine is disgusting

If you were closer I would be all for it. Unfortunately I am a long way from you. My Grunt loves all new friends. He is the biggest fraidy cat I have seen in a dog but when the stakes are up he has high marks.

. I hope you continue to get better. I would say start off slow and work up to things. :flowerforyou:
