  • If you have some braggs apple cider vinegar that helps me add it to some water or juice. But if its a gassy bloat I would try some water and a little baking soda.
  • I have been doing something similiar but without the banana. I use oatmeal or even flax meal. I add prunes, dates, apples, whatever fruit sounds good, add nuts, water, and baking powder to them. Makes a yummy pancake I make an apricot compote kinda topping for it.
  • A trigger for me is sugar. I can do honey and other natural sugars with no problems. But I have sugar and I will be craving sugary and carb foods for a week or so. It is very hard to resist. So I try to stick with honey when I can.

  • Food allergies are really tough. I struggle some times however I am on a gf/df diet myself. I also have an added bonus of being allergic to soy and coconut with problems on others. It can be done though.

  • I have found very similar results. I have found I can use honey or molasses in my coffee will cause no cravings for me. Generally my cravings are for carbs and greasy foods.
  • I definately agree that opinions are changed one person at a time. Grunt goes to work with my daughter and husband most days and when he is not there people ask about him. So one person at a time and I will continue to be as patient as I can.

  • I like to make avocado pudding. 1 avocado, cocoa and honey blend till smooth. I personally like to freeze it and then eat it or make a shake.
  • I have no idea on pastuerizing eggs and such. However we often get free farm fresh eggs. One thing I do is check them before cooking this to make sure they are good. Obviously they are fresh however I have had some that were not good. I put them in a bowl of cold water and if they float they are bad. Enjoy
