Here are some of mine and I just rotate through when I get tired of something. I also try to figure out what kind of a snack i'd like texture wise too. sometimes it matters and sometimes it doesn't. - hard boiled eggs - dried apricots (no sugar added) - I like these because they are not sugared and they are nice and chewy…

I'm American but living in Brisbane for 6 months and could use additional support in the same time zone :)

I agree on the meats. I usually will bring it home and cut it down to appropriate sizes then freeze it. I definitely only go there for certain things.

Polar is a pretty well known brand and you should be able to find them easily online. I recommend that you take the time to familiarize yourself with the features available and decide what is important to you via the www.polarusa.com website. I'll er on the side of caution and use the lower burn…

A few years back I had trouble getting into it. So I took a look at the classes offered at my gym and decided to try one with weights…

Don't worry about increasing your time on a regular stationary first (unless you are only at 5 minutes now ;) ). You are in total control of the tension on your bike which has a lot to do with the intensity. You can always just keep it really low until you get the groove too. I'm excited for you! Also, if you do experience…

Don't be scared, just do it! :) You can get there early for class (say 10-15 minutes) and catch the instructor before class is in full swing. I usually just introduce myself and that I'm new to that class. Instructors have always been very nice and are more than happy to help you get set up. I love cycling classes and have…
