I'm joining this discussion WAY late (11 pages in!) but I'm right there with you. I want to lose about 150 lbs myself, to get back to when I was in great shape (19 y.o.) but I know it will take a long time. I'm sure we can do this!!

Starting weight: 375 12 week goal weight: 350 Physical Goal: 45 minutes of cardio (gym) 5x/week for 12 weeks Nutritional Goal: avoid the excess empty calories of beers and replace with loads of water. Eat more veggies and less starch!

Recent father (again! hooray!) of a 5 month old, my other 2 will be 11 and 9 in November. I was in good shape back when they were 2 - 4 and I'm trying to get back there again so I can run around with my son (as soon as he's walking that is lol!) I welcome all friends!
