I'm buying new cloths for going out but I'm wearing some of my bigger stuff and old stuff that hasn't fit me in years for work and around the house. I don't want to buy too much until I'm happy with my size.... I'm actually having fun shopping in places that I never could before and I really hate shopping... LOL

Stop thinking about the bad week and weekend, just start again, If you keep feeling bad about falling off for a day or two or week whatever, this program won't work. 8 good weeks to 1 bad is a whole lot more good then bad. Just remember that!!!

#1 Just do it!!!! Don't feel guilty about what you eat, just keep logging on and tracking your cal intake. Some days are going to be bad but most are going to be good!!! Hey Bunky, This program is awesome, all you have to do is stick with it!!! There might be some bad days but don't let that bother you. If you stick with the cal limits the program sets for you the weight will come off. I started around march or april and lost 93 pounds so far!!! Great to see you here!!! You can do this!!!

It is one awesome program. Congrats on the loss and for sticking with it. We have a group of family members that are doing it and we're setting mini goals and challanges between each other. That makes it even easier for me to keep with the program.
