Hi, I'd like to join and get back into the habit of exercising :smile: With summer vacations, and the kids home all summer, I got into the habit of not exercising :frown: So, I'll be working on walking Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

I'd like to join :flowerforyou: Goal weight 115; would like to lose 4 pounds by 7/4 I need to work on logging food and exercise again; I stopped for a while and the scale began to creep up :grumble:

5/1 weight 119 5/31 goal weight 115 - 117 My new goal is 115, but since on average I only lose about 2 pounds per month, I would be very happy to reach 117 by 5/31 :bigsmile: I'm going to focus more on toning this month. :drinker:

Hi mfpme, I'm back! I met my goal in February and have been maintaining :smile: , but I have decided to lose 4 or 5 more pounds. So, I've lost 20 pounds and maintained for 2 months. My new goal is to lose another 4 or 5 pounds to get back to my wedding weight :heart: (I'll be married for 17 years in August :drinker: )

I'm in :smile: I gained 2 pounds for Easter :grumble: , and really need this to get back on track!

I made cannoli cones for dessert and everyone loved them! :love: I substituted grandma's cannoli filling recipe, so mine were about 170 calories each (but worth every calorie :laugh: ) SO yummy!! :happy:

I have the 1 through 4 mile walks. They're great! I love how she incorporates weights into the walk; my arms are always sore afterwards :smile:
