Day 3 completed. I found this the hardest of all so far, but I had cycled to work today as well which is 20 mile round trip. The moves into and out of the plank progressions I found particularly hard as I am a big guy (260 lbs), hoping that with time and some weight off/power built these will get easier. Day 2 down, I found it a bit easier than day 1, although I am still bathed in sweat. I had to get up at 5am to fit it in as I know I am busy after work this evening.
