I'm doing Jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack I can't do the side planks yet so I tried substituting it with planks. Today was my first attempt and could manage 20 seconds.

I've been thinking of alternating 30 day shred and 6 week 6 pack by doing one each day. I tried 6 week 6 pack first and really got into Jillian's DVDs I think because they don't last too long but I still feel like I've done a good workout. I've also got extreme shed and shred but haven't really got into that one the same.
