My goals for the week are, 100 push-ups, 600 crunches. 500 jumping jacks and 150 lunges each leg front and back. Monday: push-ups-18 crunches- 75 jumping jacks- 50 lunges frontwards and backwards each leg-25 Tuesday: push-ups- 18 crunches: 87 jumping jacks 50 lunges- 25 front and back, both legs

I am also doing the 30 day shred, doing it with my daughter in law, were on the 3rd level 3rd night and its kicking my tail everynight,we log it under circuit training, don't have a hrm i guess we all should have one, I sent you a friend request i like friending people that are close in my age. good luck with your journey.

they told me that you needed to eat back your exercise calories to lose the weight, i try really hard to get there but sometimes i don't. Have been losing up till this week and i gained back 2lbs, but i had an injury to me knee and started a different exercise progam. hopefully this will help you.
