I've heard of people making "casseroles" with pet food. And when it was brought to the thief's attention, they tried taking the person to H.R. H.R. said, we're not going to do anything because you shouldn't have been eating someone else's food. If they want to eat pet food, we can't stop them. Nonetheless, the humiliated…

My g/f was my ONLY friend on MFP for a long time. Then after a few weeks of reading forums, I decided to add more friends. A few local, a few long distance. Some male, some female. I like the positive outlook and support that my current friend's list provides. It's also easier for my g/f and I to share meals so that we…

Plan for it. Find the lowest calorie/best tasting beer they have. Enjoy a few wings or whatever it is you guys order. If you know the beer and meal is going to be 700-800 calories make adjustments earlier in the day. You can enjoy things in small quantities to satisfy cravings.

There are 2 adults and a 17-year-old in our house. We typically spend around $100 each week at the grocery store. (All of our household necessities like paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc. are purchased at Sam's Club which we do not go to every week.) So, our grocery tab is literally just the food we plan on eating…

I would try to not eat after 8pm (if possible) and/or move those calories to earlier in the day.

I'm going to echo what other people have already suggested. Cook generic/multi-use proteins on a Sunday to use for the rest of your week. Ground turkey/beef can serve as a platform for taco salad and extra protein in a pasta dish or spaghetti sauce. Chicken breast is as at home in a ton of ethnic applications as it is as a…

I pre-log as much as I can, which helps me determine how much I can have of "un-planned" foods. For instance, I know my breakfast, morning snack, dinner and dessert calories for today. Which allows me roughly 600 calories for lunch - which I'll need since I'm meeting my dad at a restaurant. So, I guess it's hybrid…

That's awesome. I barely fit into this belt for my brother's wedding in 2011. Now, I've gone down 2 holes, on the verge of the 3rd!

Tall starts at the point where your leg is jammed into the seat in front of you on an airplane. If your knee doesn't touch the seat in front of you, you're not tall.

For me, I find that eating small(er) portions of the foods I like helps keep binging to a minimum. I have also found that planning my day out in advance is very helpful. For instance, I have 1/2 a cup of ice cream at night. Knowing that I get a "treat" at the end of the day helps me plan my meals and snacks the rest of the…
