The same thing happens to me.. I keep getting the message, after I finish logging for the day.. you need to eat more.. bla bla.. I seriously eat 5-6 times a day with super nutritious/balanced foods.. I'm just not hungry enough to eat more. I did make a concerted effort to bump it up at least 100 more calories of good stuff…

I work out 4 days a week and I manage to fit it in without missing out on anything.. but I would skip a gathering over missing a work out.
