Pure Isolated & Concentrated Milk Protein- Chocolate Shake (Costco -From the Makers of Muscle Milk). It's not wonderful but easy to get down 8 oz in the am especially mixed with almond or soy milk instead of water. It's 26g of protien for 6-8oz!
