Hey hey! I've had T25 for a couple of years and it's my fave 'reset' programme when trying to get back into fitness. I've started again this morning, anyone feel free to add me! Holderh1 I get the same problem for the first couple of workouts but it seems to go after a few days, stick with it and modify when needed!

I'm over the half way mark with Body Revolution and I'm thinking about the next workout programme to do in six weeks (sad I know). I'm thinking of giving P90X3 a go. Never done any of the P90X's before but I have done Insanity, T25 etc. although only 30 mins a day but it looks HARD. Looking forward to starting though, good…
